🛍️ Order Acceptance & Customization
- All products are custom-made based on the customer’s input.
- Please ensure all names/texts are spelled correctly before submitting.
- No changes or cancellations after the order is placed.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
- Delivery usually takes 4–8 working days after dispatch.
- Unexpected courier delays may occur and are not our responsibility.
💸 Pricing & Payments
- All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes.
- We accept prepaid orders only via UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
💬 Return & Refund Policy
Returns are allowed only if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit after review.
